Your appointment time is made specifically for you. 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a full fee if you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.
I currently accept Anthem BC/BS and Cigna insurance policies. If you have another insurance policy you would like to use please contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine your out-of-network benefits. Most insurance companies reimburse you directly, after services are provided.

I accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, ACH bank transfers, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as payment for services. Payment is expected at the time of service.
Most therapy sessions last 45-50 minutes, though your initial meeting with me will last approximately 90 minutes to conduct an assessment of your needs.
Initial assessment (Intake) - $150
Individual / Family therapy - $120
Substance abuse evaluation - $180
No show and Late cancel - full fee
