Rates

I currently accept Anthem BC/BS, Aetna (Virginia only), Carefirst BC/BS (Virginia only), Cigna, Magellan (Virginia only), TriCare East (non-network provider), TriCare West (non-network provider) and TriWest Healthcare Alliance insurance policies. If you have another insurance policy you would like to use please contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine your out-of-network benefits. Most insurance companies reimburse you directly, after services are provided.

Your appointment time is made specifically for you. 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a full fee if you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.

I accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, ACH bank transfers, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as payment for services. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Most therapy sessions last 45-50 minutes, though your initial meeting with me will last approximately 90 minutes to conduct an assessment of your needs.
